Whatever the chosen categories, the advertisers must comply with all terms in this agreement.
-          You cannot place ads for any third parties, unless they agree

-          You are the owner of the objects/ services advertised on this web site.

-          You must comply with the Third Party copyrights / images reproduction rights

(it is forbidden to copy-paste any text belonging to third parties, to insert any image belonging to third parties, to post any defamatory, obscene or sexual material)

-          It is forbidden to insert any information regarding a third party

-          “Professional” advertisers must be certified by their client to make sure what they post on Claads.com conforms to all the legal requirements.

 

 

 

The photos and the description of a certain good must perfectly correspond to the good. If you are a real estate professional, your offer must mention your fee as well as whether the price displayed contains these fees or not.

Vehicles

 

The ad must provide the necessary information mentioned by the law n0 2000-576 of 06/28/2000 i.e. :

- The vehicle brand
- The type ( sedan, coupé )

- The model and if necessary the type of model

 

If it is a new vehicle you must also signal:

-          fuel consumption

-          CO2 emissions

 

If it is a second-hand vehicle you must also signal:

-          month and year first in circulation

-          total mileage since first in circulation

All the advertised products must be the original copy.

 

 

 

Animals

 

The advertised animals must be more than 8 weeks old, namely dogs and cats.

However, in case of pure bred animals, you have to signal the LOF number.

You have to give a precise estimate with “tattooed” and “vaccinated” with the respective numbers.

We remind you that license of 1°category of animals and their reproduction are forbidden.

 

 

 Dating services Any classified that is suspicious or contains adult content in any shape or form is  forbidden.
